School of Music is een muziekschool met aan aantal eigen leslocaties in de regio Rotterdam en daarnaast helpen we docenten in heel Nederland met cursistenwerving en ledenadministratie. We zijn altijd op zoek naar enthousiaste drumdocenten die ons netwerk willen versterken. Ben jij drumdocent en wil je meer leerlingen voor je lespraktijk? Wij kunnen je hier mee helpen! 

Hoe doen we dit? We zorgen voor online zichtbaarheid en brengen jou direct in contact met potentiële cursisten. Je kunt bij ons lesgeven vanuit je eigen lesruimte. Daarnaast kan je bij ons muziekles aanbieden via videoverbinding of bij de cursist aan huis. Ben je student aan het conservatorium dan kan je ook bij ons lesgeven als bijbaan. Wij helpen je graag om in contact te komen met cursisten. We zijn actief in onder andere Amsterdam, Arnhem, Den Haag, Drachten, Enschede, Haarlem, Hilversum, Leiden, Maastricht en Tilburg. Onze cursisten zijn voor het merendeel beginners en de leeftijden zijn heel divers. 

Functie-eisen drumdocent

Het belangrijkste is voor ons dat je goed kan lesgeven en daar ervaring mee hebt. Daarnaast is het ook belangrijk dat je muzikaal geschoold bent. Je spreekt goed Nederlandse óf Engels. Als muziekdocent werk je zelfstandig en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor je eigen studenten. Wij zorgen voor je zichtbaarheid en jij moet zorgen voor een goede online presentatie en goede afstemming met je cursisten. De lesruimte waar je lesgeeft moet daarnaast representatief zijn. Slaapkamers en studentenkamers komen niet in aanmerking. Je kunt ook aan huis lesgeven of videoles aanbieden, hiervoor heb je geen eigen leslocatie nodig.

Voordelen van samenwerking:

• Je kunt zelf je prijs bepalen en hebt volledige zeggenschap over je inschrijvingen.
• Wij innen het lesgeld voor je en geven je een betalingsgarantie, je hoeft dus niet zelf facturen te innen bij je leerlingen.
• De proefles wordt door de cursist geboekt op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid. Je hoeft hier dus niet voor heen en weer te mailen of bellen.
• We bieden inschrijvingen op basis van een doorlopend abonnement of prepaid tegoed.
• We gaan zorgvuldig om met jouw persoonlijke gegevens. Je kunt berichten uitwisselen via onze site en je contactgegevens worden uitsluitend gedeeld na de proeflesboeking.
• We hebben voor de cursist voorwaarden opgesteld om jouw belangen als docent te beschermen. Het voorkomt discussie als je hiernaar kunt verwijzen.
• Een vermelding op de site is gratis. Krijg je cursisten via ons, dan draag je van het lesgeld 18% af. Komen cursisten via jouw site of social media bij ons terecht? Dan rekenen we slechts 8% commissie.
• We houden van een persoonlijke benadering. Je krijgt een uitnodiging voor een intakegesprek bij de start van de samenwerking en we geven je advies voor het opstellen van je profiel.

School of Music is a music school with a number of classrooms in the Rotterdam area and we also help teachers throughout the Netherlands with course recruitment and membership administration. We are always looking for enthusiastic drum teachers who want to strengthen our network. Are you a drum teacher and do you want more students for your teaching practice? We can help you with this! 

How do we do this? We provide online visibility and put you in direct contact with potential students. You can teach with us from your own classroom. You can also offer music lessons via a online lessons or at the student's home. If you are a student at the conservatory you can also teach with us as a side job. We are happy to help you get in touch with students. We are active in cities including Amsterdam, Arnhem, The Hague, Drachten, Enschede, Haarlem, Hilversum, Leiden, Maastricht and Tilburg. Most of our students are beginners and the ages are very diverse. 

Job requirements drum teacher

The most important thing for us is that you can teach well and have experience with it. It is also important that you have a musical background. You are conversational in Dutch or English. As a music teacher you work independently and you are the contact person for your own students. We take care of your visibility and you have to take care of a good online presentation and good coordination with your students. The room where you teach must also be representative. Bedrooms and student rooms are not eligible. You can also teach at home or offer video lessons, for which you do not need your own teaching location.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have an affinity for teaching children
• Multiple disciplines mastered
• Have a loaner instrument at your location for trial lessons

Benefits of collaboration:

• You can set your own price and have full control over your subscriptions.
• We will collect the tuition fees for you and give you a payment guarantee, so you do not have to collect invoices from your students.
• The trial lesson will be booked by the student based on your availability. You do not have to mail or call back and forth for this.
• We offer subscriptions on a rolling subscription or prepaid credit basis.
• We will handle your personal information with care. You can exchange messages through our site and your contact information will only be shared after the trial lesson booking.
• We have drawn up conditions for the student to protect your interests as an instructor. It prevents discussion if you can refer to these.
• A listing on the site is free. If you get students through us, then you pay 18% of the tuition fee.
• We like a personal approach. You will receive an invitation for an intake interview at the start of the cooperation and we will give you advice on how to set up your profile.
