Vacancy: Head of HR – Strategy, People & Culture

About the Role
As Head of HR, you are a strategic partner to the Strategy team. You play an important role in shaping the organization’s people strategy, aligning HR policies with business goals, and fostering a strong, values-driven culture.
You combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership — ensuring that our teams are empowered, engaged, and future-ready. Your focus lies on organizational development, talent management, and cultural alignment rather than purely operational HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with the executive team to translate company goals into actionable people initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
- Provide data-driven insights through HR analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience.
Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Design and implement programs for recruitment, retention, and professional growth.
- Lead performance and potential reviews (KEYS, PDPs, evaluations) and coach leaders in applying these tools effectively.
- Cultivate an environment that supports innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Support managers in addressing complex people matters — performance, career development, and team dynamics.
Culture & Engagement

- Translate these values into tangible HR programs, communications, and leadership behaviors.
- Lead the culture program and train team leaders to model and reinforce our shared values.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for company culture across all levels of the organization.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Office Manager and HR Officer to oversee HR operations (contracts, payroll, compliance).
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Be an active member of the management team, contributing to overall organizational direction and leadership excellence.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
- Experienced in coaching managers and influencing at leadership level.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Hands-on with a strategic mindset — able to balance vision and execution.

- Salary between €4.500 - €5.300 based on full-time position of 40 hrs. The amount will be pro-rata to the contracted hours.
